The council resolved to revert the NDP Committee to a Steering Group.
Membership was confirmed as follows: –
Councillor Joanne Akers
Councillor Ruth Dolman
Andrew De La Haye
Bob Puzey
Chris Barron
Fred Gibbs
Janine Liddle
Peter Dunn
The Clerk advised that the Steering Group could post the Draft Minutes of the May NDP meeting onto the website. This has been done.
3rd Addendum with the reduced site 11(R1) and the effects of flood water run off evidence on sites 6(R) and 7(R) had been completed and was sent to site owners the previous week and made available to view on the NDP website.
Place Studios report and Hereford Councils email response to Aecom Report & the 3rd Addendum had also been made available to view on the NDP website.
All these documents have been added to the Presentation for councillors which is now ready to be delivered. This should take about 6 or 7 minutes and is designed as a road map to guide councillors through the process undertaken, and the corresponding documentation which can be studied at each individual’s pace and in as much depth as they wish.
It is only the introduction part which would be presented which is about navigating the “Sway System” being used. Councillors would then self drive themselves through the presentation, stop starting wherever suits them best.
Council resolved to receive this presentation at the next full council meeting scheduled for 21 July 2021. As there is no debate to take place during this presentation this will be open to all councillors should they wish to remain.
This presentation will be made available to view on the NDP website following this meeting.
Council also resolved to arrange an EGM to enable a Q & A session for Councillors with the team between the July and August meetings. This date will be fixed by the Clerk. It is hoped that council will then be able to debate and decide which sites if any to include in the NDP in August.
(Housing Target Status) Housing numbers have not yet been confirmed by Herefordshire Council.
However Bill Bloxsome and Andrew Del La Haye had completed an exercise to try to establish a “best guess” on what these figures may be. Councillors indicated that they would like to receive
these figures.
