1. Apologies for absence: – None
2. Declarations of interest and written requests for dispensation: – None
3. Minutes: – Resolved to adopt the minutes of the meeting held on 28th April 2021 as a true record of the meeting. The Chair will sign the minutes at the next meeting.
4. Finance / Grants: – Groundwork UK confirmed on 26th May that the due diligence checks have been completed and a grant of £5,759 has been approved. (Post meeting note the grant was received on 4th June)
5. Site Assessments: – Update on any new submissions received.
5.1 Receipt of a reduced plot size from owners of site 11(R) was noted, and the need for the consultant to
produce an assessment to be included in a 3rd addendum was agreed.
5.2 Receipt of new surface flood water run off evidence from a parishioner affecting sites 6(R) & 7(R) was noted, and the need for the Consultant to follow up on this information with HC and include any results in a 3rd addendum was agreed.
6. NDP Task and Finish WG: –
6.1 An “introduction presentation” of the format and style for the method of presenting the NDP project to full council using “Sway” was made and explained by R Puzey. It was agreed to use this format and style for the upcoming presentation.
6.2 It was agreed that A De La Haye would investigate the date of the Place Studios report and the Clerk will investigate the date of the HC email response to AECOM report. It was agreed that as soon as these dates are known these documents will be posted on to the NDP website and included in the presentation to full council.
6.3 It was agreed to post the 3rd addendum on to the NDP website as soon as it is completed and include in the upcoming presentation.
7. NDP Housing Target Status: – It was noted that the reply received from HC Planning stated that confirmation of the housing numbers is expected to be ready for release to WPC in “the summer”.
8. Public correspondence: – A report was received from A De La Haye on numbers and topics.
9. Project plan: – A report was received from C Barron indicating that allowing a period of 11 weeks for Q&A sessions, discussion, debate etc, the estimated Adoption of the NDP will move out by 7 weeks to the 3rd week of December, 2022
10. Public participation session: – Action agreed, to highlight public opinion where applicable in the upcoming presentation to full council.
