Notes of NDP SG meeting held online at 7:30 pm on Tuesday 18 October 2022
Present: – Andrew De La Haye, Chris Barron, Joanne Akers, Ruth Dolman
In Attendance: – Bill Bloxsome and two members of the public
1. Apologies: No apologies were received
2. Declarations: No declarations of interest or written applications for dispensations were received.
3. Minutes: The notes of the previous meeting held on 27 June 2022 were approved.
4. Review the process in light of the NDP proceeding to independent examination.
Bill Bloxsome explained that the next steps are to choose an examiner from those submitted to WPC by HC, and for WPC to decide if they wish to submit any of the suggested responses to representations received by HC at Reg 16 to the chosen examiner as this is not compulsory.
Joanne Akers will liaise with the Clerk to ensure the list of examiners from HC is supplied to the SG ASAP in order for the SG to provide some background information on their availability and previous NDP examinations carried out to date for WPC consideration.

5. Review Progression to Examination Document.
Bill Boxsome had compiled a document with suggested responses to representations received by HC at Reg 16, and members of the SG had submitted further suggestions. These were discussed and additions or amendments made to the working document. This document can not be finalised until HC have confirmed the housing figures list. Bill will update the document thus far and circulate to SG members for checking.

6. Review of housing figures.
Bill Bloxsome had contacted Karla Johnston regarding information in relation to updated housing figures and which sites had lapsed. Once received Bill will review and share this information.

7. Review of the currency of the NDP and WPC websites.
It was agreed that the websites were up to date
8. Update to project plan.
Chris Barron confirmed that until WPC is in a position to choose an examiner there won’t be any further iterations of the project plan.
