Herefordshire Council (HC) has confirmed that Walford NDP has been progressed to the examination stage following the conclusion of the Reg16 consultation. HC has applied to NPIERS for three candidate examiners for WPC selection – this process can take a couple of weeks before we are given any names.
Once they have been given three potential candidates, HC will ask Walford Parish Council to select their preference and then they will make the arrangements to appoint.
As part of the examination, Walford PC have the ability to make comments to the examiner about any of the representations received. These comments will form part of the examination and appear on the website but there is no requirement to respond directly to the people making the representations.

WPC may consider the documents and may wish to make comments to the examiner once they have been appointed.
