1. 1st PPT Presentation A review of the slides was undertaken and some arrangement adjustments made. Andrew De La Haye noted these and will adjust and circulate to the WG.

2. Posters for Notice Boards It was agreed to place posters on the notice boards at Hom Green, Bishopswood and outside Walford School. Content of the posters was discussed and agreed to include dates and times of both presentations with details of how to attend. Bob Puzey agreed to produce these.

3. 2nd PPT Presentation Bill Bloxsome asked if WPC wished to have a Landscape Policy to Protect Iconic Views. We have received photos of views which parishioners consider important and a question will be in the questionnaire on which views parishioners think are iconic so it seems a policy of this nature should be included. This however is a question for the NDP committee to answer so Ruth Dolman will add this to the agenda for the next NDP Committee meeting. Bob Puzey pointed out that many of the photos offered appear to be the views from parishioners property. Bill Bloxsome offered that in order to be iconic the views should be accessible from a PROW or viewpoint. It was agreed that the NDP Committee should decide on the criteria for defining an ‘iconic’ view.
ACTION: Ruth Dolman to add these two items to the next NDP committee agenda.
Combining the Policies PPT and Housing Options PPT into one presentation will result in some changes to the slides. These were discussed in detail and Andrew De La Haye noted these and will adjust and circulate to the WG.
ACTION: Andrew De La Haye The size of the envelope needed to supply a paper copy of the second presentation was discussed and an A4 envelope would be needed. After discussion it was felt that, so long as it is not too late to change the details of the insert in the newsletter, that we could send out the first and second presentations, scripts and the questionnaire all together at the same time in one A4 envelope. Ruth Dolman agreed to check this with Joanne Akers.

4. Live Presentations The size of the panel to answer questions was agreed to be three as this fitted better visually than four. These will be Andrew De La Haye, Chris Baron and Bill Bloxsome. Ruth Dolman will act as compere and Bob Puzey will be Tech, bringing all the systems together. There will be rehearsals with this group to ensure smooth operations. A demo video of this format will be provided to the NDP committee for review at the next NDP Committee meeting.

5. Questionnaire As we had run out of time it was decided that we would look at the questionnaire at the next meeting.
6. Project Plan As the dates put into the presentations by Andrew D La Haye corresponded to the existing Project Plan there was no need to revise the plan.
7. Date for next meeting – 4pm 1st February 2021 online.
Thank you for a copy of the notes. Can you select some more sights for the posters, the three you mentioned are not covering a wide enough area. I live in coughton and would not visit any of these suggested sites. People who are shielding or disabled as also very unlikely to visit these sites. I would suggest that you also make them waterproof and attach them to lamp post as per planning permissions.

Apologies for not replying to your query sooner.
The capacity of the team is unable to keep up with the volume of correspondence and we will be addressing this to the NDP committee on 10th Feb and hope to reply soon after that.
