5. Project status: –
5.1 The project plan was reviewed and accepted with one abstention – Monica van lienden
5.2 Andrew De La Haye will clarify with Herefordshire NDP team if the committee have the authority to approve the plan for Reg. 14
6. Meeting Housing need and Site Assessment: – the report and addendum were accepted
7. Development options: – the consideration of the development options will take place after public engagement
8. Site submissions: – Quabbs Farm was a late addition
9. Public engagement: –
9.1 Resolved to establish a working group comprising Bob Puzey, Andrew De La Haye, Chris Barron, Ruth Dolman & Leigh Russell to present the site assessment report and options 1 – 5 to the public
9.2 Resolved to inform site applicants that the site assessment report is available and where
9.3 The backlog of public correspondence will be reviewed, responses prepared, and the clerk will respond. In addition, other media will be utilised such as Facebook. A working group comprising Bob Puzey, Chris Barron, Andrew De La Haye, Ruth Dolman and the clerk shall deal with on-going correspondence.
10. Draft Neighbourhood plan: –
10.1 In the course of preparation, a draft is due to be ready by the beginning of February 2021
