1. Apologies for absence: – None
2. Declarations of interest and written requests for dispensation: – None
3. Minutes: – Resolved to adopt the minutes of the meeting held on 10th March 2021 as a true record of the meeting. The Chair will sign the minutes once physical meetings resume.
4. Finance / Grants: – Unspent grant of £5,066 has been returned to Groundwork UK and a new application for 2021/22 was made on 24th April 2021
5. Site Assessments: – agreed, to publish on the NDP website
6. Public consultation: –
6.1 Agreed to publish the report on questionnaire results and Appendix 2 on the NDP website.
7. NDP Housing Target status: – AD has requested an update from Hereford Council.
8. Public correspondence: – Agreed to post FAQ’s and glossary on the NDP website
9. Project plan: – a task & finish working group was established to present the NDP to full Council
10. Public participation session: – the public requested that the Correspondence Working group respond to questions asked in Q4 of the questionnaire. Answers will be published on the website
